Even for local families, most of a memorial’s design takes shape over phone calls, emails, and design proofs — not in a showroom. You tell us about your loved one, we talk through styles, sizes, and granite, and then we send proofs for you to review at home, revising until it’s exactly right.
That collaborative process works the same from any state. Nothing goes into production until you approve the final proof, so you see precisely what will be carved — wherever you happen to live.
How delivery works
Delivered to your cemetery, honestly arranged
Once your memorial is finished, where it goes depends on where you are. Delivery details and costs are arranged per order — call us and we'll lay out the options for your cemetery.
Nevada & Northern California
We install what we fabricate throughout Nevada and Northern California — the same hands that carve your memorial set it in place.
Everywhere else
We arrange delivery to your cemetery or its approved installer and coordinate directly with them. Some cemeteries require their own installers even locally — in those cases we deliver.
Local pickup
Prefer to handle transport yourself, or working with your own installer? Local pickup in Reno is always available.

Published pricing
The same published starting prices apply no matter where you live — flat markers from $1,100, slants from $1,850, upright monuments from $3,650. No out-of-state markup.
Proof approval & warranties
Nothing is carved until you sign off on the final proof. Painted surfaces carry a 10-year warranty and ceramic or porcelain memorial photos a lifetime warranty — the same coverage every family receives.

Design consultation
We walk through your cemetery's requirements, then style, size, granite, and personalization — the same five-step process every family gets, handled entirely by phone and email.

Review proofs until it's right
We send design proofs for you to review at home. We revise as many times as needed, and nothing goes into production until you sign off on the final proof and place your deposit.

Production
Once you approve the final proof, memorials using stock granite are typically completed in 6–10 weeks; fully custom pieces may take 3–6 months.

Delivery coordination with your cemetery
We arrange delivery to your cemetery or its approved installer and coordinate the details with them directly. Most cemeteries prepare the ground and cement before the memorial arrives.

What families ask before ordering from afar
Can I order a headstone from another state?
Yes. Families anywhere in the U.S. can work with us by phone and email. The design and proof-approval process is exactly the same as it is for Reno families — you review every proof, and nothing is produced until you approve the final version and place a deposit.
Who installs the headstone if I'm not in Nevada?
We install every memorial we fabricate throughout Nevada and Northern California. Outside that area, we arrange delivery to your cemetery or its approved installer — many cemeteries require their own installers anyway, so this is a routine arrangement. Local pickup is also available.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is arranged per order — it depends on the destination, the size and weight of the memorial, and your cemetery's requirements. Call us at 775-323-1835 and we'll walk you through the options and give you a straight answer for your situation.
Does an out-of-state order take longer?
The production timeline is the same: 6–10 weeks after final proof approval for stock granite, and 3–6 months for fully custom work. Overall, plan on one to six months from order to delivery depending on size, design, and granite color; shipping is coordinated as production wraps up.
