None of this is required — many families call with nothing but a name. But if you have these on hand, the first conversation goes further.
Your cemetery's name
Every cemetery has its own rules on styles, sizes, and materials. If you know the cemetery, we can usually tell you what it allows — and design within it from the start.
Style ideas, if you have them
Flat marker, slant, upright, bench — or just a feeling you want the stone to carry. Browsing our headstone styles first helps, but it isn't required.
Photos or artwork
A portrait for a ceramic memorial photo, a sketch, a favorite verse, or artwork that mattered to them. We can merge photos and remove or replace backgrounds.
What happens next
From first call to finished stone
The whole process runs on proofs and patience. Nothing is produced until you've approved the final design.
Design consultation
We listen first — who they were, what the cemetery allows, what you have in mind. Then we walk you through styles, sizes, granite, and honest pricing.
Collaborative proofs
You receive a proof of the design and we revise it together until every word and detail is right. Take the time you need.
Production
Only after you sign off on the final proof and place a deposit does carving begin. Stock granite typically takes 6–10 weeks from approval; custom work 3–6 months.
Where we serve
Installing near home, ordering from anywhere
We install everything we fabricate throughout Nevada and Northern California. Some cemeteries require their own installer — in that case, we deliver the finished memorial to them. Local pickup from our Reno shop is available as well.
And because the design work happens by phone and email, families anywhere in the U.S. can order from us the same way — same collaborative proofs, same craft — with delivery arranged to your cemetery or its approved installer.
