By accessing and using Sierra Memorial's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

Sierra Memorial provides memorial design, fabrication, and installation services. We offer custom headstones, monuments, benches, and related memorial products. Services are subject to availability and final approval of design specifications.

3. Design and Approval Process

All memorial designs require client approval before production. Clients will receive detailed proofs and specifications for review. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees. Sierra Memorial reserves the right to decline production of designs that do not meet our quality standards or comply with cemetery regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order. Payment terms are specified in each sales agreement. Pricing does not include applicable sales tax or cemetery setting fees unless specifically stated.

5. Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on design complexity, customization level, and material availability. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Sierra Memorial is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties

All painted surfaces (lettering, etc.) are covered by a 10-year warranty. Photos are covered by a lifetime warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing defects and normal wear conditions. Vandalism, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear after the warranty period are not covered.

7. Installation

Sierra Memorial typically installs memorials we fabricate. Some cemeteries require their own installers; in such cases, we will coordinate delivery. Installation is subject to cemetery approval and compliance with local regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sierra Memorial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and creative works remain the property of Sierra Memorial or their respective rights holders. Clients receive the physical memorial but not the intellectual property rights to the design.

10. Changes to Terms

Sierra Memorial reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
